In Germany

Be prepared to provide your policy number, which is available in your account. You may go to any hospital for emergency care. If you stay overnight, billing is typically processed directly between the hospital and our insurance. If you receive a hospital bill directly, you should notify our support team for assistance.
Outside of Germany
For emergencies or hospital stays outside Germany, call +49 611 660 33930. Note that support services may not be available in English at all times.
What happens after a hospital stay?
Coverage for follow-up visits and medical aids such as wheelchairs or crutches depends on your specific insurance plan - you can check out the full coverage details on your policy page. You will receive a bill at your home address for these services, which you can then submit through your Feather account for reimbursement.
