The Standard insurance plan is exclusively for dogs and cats, offering coverage for essential veterinary treatments and procedures for the insured pet's expenses.

Outlined below is the plans coverage details, along with the associated limits and waiting periods that are applicable.

  • Vet visits/ Medical treatment costs

    Annual limit: €800

    Waiting Period: 30 days

    Covers:

    • Medicines, consumables, laboratory and X-ray diagnostics, hospitalization, unless they are therapies/treatments according to the preventive flat rate

    • Telemedicine, physiotherapy, behavioral therapy

*Medical treatment costs (including inpatient) are per billing year. This also includes costs for preventative treatments and certain dental treatments

  • Preventative treatments

    Annual limit: €70

    No waiting periods

    Covers: Preventative treatments to maintain pet health and wellness

  • Dental treatments

    Annual limit: €150

    Waiting Period: 30 days

    Covers:

    • Persistent milk canini

    • Dental fillings

    • Correction of dental and jaw anomalies

    • Dentures

  • Operations

    Annual limit: Unlimited

    Waiting Period: 30 days
    Covers: Surgical procedures and operations

    *In the case of accidents, there is no waiting period for insured events resulting from an accident. An accident is an event that suddenly affects the body of the insured animal from the outside and results in physical injury to the insured animal. The ingestion of foreign/damaging bodies and poisoning (including food poisoning) are also considered accidents.
