The Surgery plan covers costs directly related to an operation. An operation is defined as a medically necessary surgical procedure under general or local anesthesia that restores your pet’s health. It also requires an incision larger than a puncture.

The Plus plan includes everything in the Surgery plan, along with medical treatments, preventive treatments, and certain dental procedures.
