Yes — you’re free to choose any certified veterinarian or animal clinic. There’s no network or list of approved providers, so you can simply visit the vet you and your pet feel most comfortable with.
Video consultations under the Plus plan
If you have the Plus plan, you can also be reimbursed for video consultations with a veterinarian.
These online appointments can be especially helpful for quick questions, follow-up advice, or situations where your pet doesn’t need an in-person exam.
