In Germany
You can reach a doctor at any time by calling +49 711 660 32000. You may be asked for your policy number. You can find it in your Feather account.
With private insurance, you can go to any hospital. If you stay overnight, the billing is usually handled directly between the hospital and the insurer - but if the hospital hands you the bill instead, let us know.
Outside of Germany
For medical emergencies or hospital stays abroad, call +49 611 660 33930.
Please note that support may not be available in English.
After a hospital stay
Follow-up visits and necessary aids like wheelchairs or crutches depends on your plan. You will receive a bill at your address for these services, which you can submit through your Feather account.
