How can I find and download my billing history?
You can view and download each of your past invoices individually from within your account. To find your billing history, follow these steps:
Log into your account at https://app.feather-insurance.com/account/signin/question/email.
Open "Account."
Select "Billing and payment."
Open "Billing history."
When are my insurance policies billed each month?
Your insurance policies are billed on the 1st day of every month. When you sign up for a new policy, you'll see a partial payment covering the period between the policy's start date and the last day of that calendar month.
What language are my downloadable payment receipts in?
Your monthly payment receipts are available to download from your account, and they are provided only in English.
Which insurance products are billed separately from my monthly subscription?
Some insurance products aren't included in your monthly subscription and are billed separately, so their receipts don't appear in your billing history. In Germany, these separately billed products include:
public health insurance (GKV)
private health insurance (PKV)
private pension insurance
