You can find your billing history within your account, where past invoices are available to view and download individually. To access it:
Log into your account
Open "Account"
Select "Billing and payment"
Open "Billing history"
How are my insurance policies billed?
You are billed on the 1st day of every month. If you signed up for a new policy, you will see a partial payment for the period between the start date of the insurance and the last day of the calendar month.
Which insurance products are billed separately from my monthly subscription?
Some of the insurance products we offer are not included in your monthly subscription and are billed directly to you by the relevant provider. In Germany, these include:
Public health insurance (GKV)
Private health insurance (PKV)
Private pension insurance
