How do I update the payment method on my account?

You can update your payment method at any time by signing into your account and adding a new card or IBAN through the billing and payment settings. To use the new method for future premium payments, mark it as your primary payment method when saving it. The default payment method applies to all insurance policies on your account, and it's not possible to assign different payment methods to individual policies.

How do I update my payment method?

You can update your payment method by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Open the account section in the menu.

  3. Click ‘Billing and payment’.

  4. Click ‘Payment method’

  5. Click ‘Add payment method’ to open the payment details section.

  6. Add your new card or IBAN in the payment details section.

  7. Select the "Set as default payment method" option if you want this method to be used for future premium payments.

Once saved, your new payment method is added to your account and will be used according to the preferences you selected.

Can I assign different payment methods to each of my insurance policies?

No, you can't assign different payment methods to individual policies. The payment method set as primary on your account applies to all of your insurance policies. If you want to change which method is used for premium payments, you'll need to update the primary payment method, which will then apply across all policies on your account.
