What payment methods can I use at checkout when purchasing a policy?
When you first purchase a policy, you can pay by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. SEPA direct debit is not available at checkout. Your first payment is taken on the day you sign up, and the method you enter is saved as your default.
Can I use SEPA direct debit to pay for my policy?
You cannot use SEPA direct debit for your first payment at checkout — only a credit card, debit card, or PayPal can be used to purchase a policy. Once your policy is active, you can add SEPA direct debit as your payment method in your account, and we'll use it for your recurring premiums.
