I want to add my partner to my legal policy, how can I do that?
Adding your partner to your policy is easy! To add a partner, you are not required to be married, but you must be living together at the same registered address. When adding a partner to the policy, they will need to meet the waiting periods for coverage starting from the day they are added. But it does not restart the waiting periods for the main policyholder.
You can add and remove a partner at any point directly from your feather account:
1. Log in to your Feather account
2. Go to your Legal policy
3. Under the Policy details at the top of the screen, you'll find an Adjust policy
4. Once you select this, follow the instructions to update your legal policy.
After you finish this, You'll be informed of the new monthly price if applicable. Any changes you make will go into effect the first day of the following month.
Can I add my children to the policy?
Any children under the age of 18 are always automatically included in your legal policy.
