How do I book a call with support?
You can book a call with our support team directly through our website. To do so:
Go to our expat health insurance page.
Select the "Book a call or message us" option.
Choose an available date and time for the call.
Make sure you use the Google Meet link you will receive in your email confirmation to join the meeting at the time you booked. We do not call your phone number.
Please note that if no call is available for your desired time frame, using our chat or emailing us are your fastest options.
