Your Feather bike insurance protects you 24/7 worldwide. This means your bike is covered for theft and damage even when you are abroad. Just like at home, theft, vandalism, and accidental damage are all included in your coverage.
Please note that damage or loss caused while your bike is being moved or transported by a company or other third party is not covered under this policy.
If your bike is stolen abroad:
File a police report in the country where the theft occurred.
Upload the report along with your claim in your Feather account.
For damage claims:
Submit the same documents you would for a claim in Germany. You can find information here on what is required.
