What is a Deductible?
A deductible is the amount you pay out-of-pocket before your legal insurance covers costs. It applies only to approved claims where financial benefits are provided for hiring legal support.
Free phone consultations do not affect your deductible.
Denied claims do not impact your deductible.
The deductible system depends on when you purchased your policy.
