What is a Deductible?

A deductible is the amount you pay out-of-pocket before your legal insurance covers costs. It applies only to approved claims where financial benefits are provided for hiring legal support.

  • Free phone consultations do not affect your deductible.

  • Denied claims do not impact your deductible.

The deductible system depends on when you purchased your policy.
