€500 deductible

Under your short-term plan, whether standard or premium, there's a default annual deductible of €500. Here's how it works:

Similar to a copay, 90% of your medical bill is reimbursed to your account, while the remaining 10% accumulates until it reaches €500. Beyond this amount, all eligible expenses are reimbursed directly to your account.

For example: Your doctor's bill is €60; you settle it and submit the invoice to us for reimbursement. You receive a refund of €54 (90% of €60), and the remaining €6 (10% of €60) is credited towards your deductible. As a result, your remaining deductible is now set at €494.

€1200 deductible

If you opted for the short-term plan with a €1200/year deductible, the process differs. There's no copay; you cover all medical costs until you reach €1200. Once this threshold is met, all eligible expenses will be reimbursed directly to your account.

Dental bills

No matter your deductible, all eligible dental expenses are paid directly to your account and do not count toward your deductible!
