There is a right of withdrawal period for all of the insurance products that Feather offers. Right of withdrawal means that you have the right to revoke a contract within a certain amount of time without giving any reason. The timing depends on the terms and conditions of the specific insurance contact, but usually the period is 14 days from the date of purchase.

A few things to highlight:

  • For private health insurance, this period is 14 days after you have been accepted for the coverage no matter when the policy starts.

  • With public health insurance, it's 14 days from the start date of the coverage.

  • In legal insurance, the right of withdrawal period for the advanced plan is 60 days from the start date of the policy.

We recommend that you check the terms and conditions for each of your specific insurance policies if you're wanting to take advantage of the right of withdrawal. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
