How do I submit a dental insurance claim with Feather?

You can submit your claim for reimbursement through your Feather account as soon as the invoice is available.

What are my options for managing the dental invoice?

You can either pay the invoice immediately at the time of treatment or request an invoice from your dentist, which is usually payable within a couple weeks. You may submit the invoice to us before paying, but we recommend paying promptly to avoid late fees.

How do I submit my dental claim online?

Follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in

Log in to your Feather account.

Step 2. Access the claims manager

Under "Policies", go to "Dental" and click "Claims and cost plans".

Step 3. Upload your invoice and give us your payment information

Upload a high-quality photo or scan of your invoice. Make sure to include all pages, even if some seem unimportant—missing details can delay processing. Then enter your personal IBAN so we can transfer the reimbursement if one is approved.

Note: Submit separate claims individually; do not combine multiple invoices into one upload.

How long does the claim process take?

Claims typically take 3 to 6 weeks to process. If your claim is approved, allow an additional week to receive the reimbursement in your bank account. We will contact you if any questions arise during the process.
