However, it typically takes 1-3 business days for your application to be processed and approved. You will receive an email notification once your application has been processed and your policy has been activated.

Until your application is fully processed and your policy is activated, you are not eligible for dental treatment benefits. Therefore, it is advised that you refrain from visiting the dentist until your policy status is indicated as 'Active' in your account.

Once your policy is active, there is no additional waiting period, and you can visit the dentist as soon as you'd like to begin utilizing your dental benefits.
