When you receive a dental treatment, you’ll need to pay the dentist directly.
How to manage your invoice:
You can pay at the time of treatment, then submit your invoice to us for reimbursement.
You can ask your dentist for an invoice, which generally needs to be paid within a couple of weeks. You may submit the invoice to us for reimbursement before paying, but we recommend settling it promptly to avoid late fees.
Here's what you need to do to submit a claim:
Step 1. Log in to your Feather account
Head to www.feather-insurance.com and go to "Log In" in the upper right hand corner—or just click the button below!
Step 2. Access the claims manager
Under "My policies", go to "Dental" and click "Make a claim".
Step 3. Upload your invoice and give us your payment information
Upload a high-quality photo or scan of your invoice into your Feather account. Then enter your personal IBAN so we can transfer the reimbursement if one is approved.
* Please note that separate claims should be submitted separately, rather than scanned and submitted together
Step 4. Wait for payment
It will take roughly 3 to 6 weeks for your claim to be processed. If a refund is approved, please allow another week to receive the reimbursement in your account. We will follow up with you if we have any questions.
