Feather’s term life insurance offers worldwide coverage, which means you’ll remain insured when you travel outside of Germany. To be eligible, you must be a resident of Germany or a German citizen living in the EU at the time of application (and not immediately planning to leave).

We designed this policy with Expats in mind, so you’ll be pleased to know that the policy will remain active even if you permanently relocate outside of Germany to the following areas:

  • EU

  • UK

  • Switzerland

  • Iceland

  • Norway

  • USA

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • South Africa

  • India

It’s important to note that global events may adjust the policy accordingly, including adding exclusions or limitations in areas where the risk of loss or damage is increased. Current events, such as wars and political unrest, for example, can affect the availability and terms of coverage.

If your circumstances change and you’re ever unsure, you can chat with one of our experts to learn more about where your policy is valid.
