A general checkup with a general practitioner.
A blood test.
If your health conditions call for additional, condition-specific examinations, we tell you which ones are needed after we review your application.
How do I complete the medical checkups?
The process for a Private health insurance (PKV) application runs as follows:
Apply online. We process your application within 3 business days.
Check your email. If medical checkups are needed, we send you the instructions.
Book your checkups. You can choose any doctor you prefer, including doctors outside Germany.
Upload your doctor's assessment to your account.
Get reimbursed for the cost of the examinations.
How much is reimbursed for medical checkups?
