Do you need to update your address in order to receive documents from your public health care provider? No problem. Since you've signed up with TK, we can help you take care of that easily. Simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Sign into your Feather Insurance account

To do that, go to: app.feather-insurance.com and click "I already have an account" in the top righthand corner.

Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Continue".

Then, check your email and either click the link (see image below) or enter the temporary code.

Now you are signed in.

Step 2: Update your address

Now that you're signed in, you need to navigate to the Account button. On desktop this is in the upper righthand corner. For mobile, this is on the bottom right portion of the screen

Then on your account page, click  "Add Address Here".

Then simply enter your address details on the next screen. 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Is your name on the mailbox at your address? Make sure to either add your name to your mailbox, or include the person's name who is on the mailbox as "c/o" so your mail can reach you.

Now click "Save changes." You're done!

Your new address info will be automatically send to your public healthcare provider.
